Allahshukur Pashazadeh clarified that no fatwa was issued on Eid al-Adha

On July 28, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade held a video conference meeting with religious figures.
The video conference, attended by the chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mubariz Gurbanli, was attended by gas and authorized representatives of the CMB in the capital and regions, as well as heads of foreign missions.
Congratulating all participants on the upcoming Eid al-Adha, the chairman of the CMB clarified that they had sent a congratulatory letter to the people of the Department, but no fatwa was issued this year.
He said that places of worship were temporarily closed to protect human life, the most sacred value created by God Almighty, and that the pilgrimage had been postponed due to forced isolation measures during the pandemic.

For this reason, certain special differences on the agenda for this year regarding the Eid prayer and sacrificial worship must be taken into account.
