"The coronavirus is not like the flu, we are living in a single and big wave in a pandemic."
The statement came from Margaret Harris, spokeswoman for the World Health Organization, Gadin.Net reports quoting Publika.az.
The WHO official warned that the coronavirus is not like the flu, which follows seasonal changes, especially in the Northern Hemisphere.
Regarding the possibility of a second and third wave of the pandemic, the spokesman said: "People are still thinking about the seasons. We all need to understand that this is a new virus, and it behaves differently. It will be a big wave. It will rise and fall a little. The best way is to bring it to a horizontal position and turn it into something that touches our feet lightly. ”
