1. In connection with the pandemic of a new type of coronavirus (COVID-19), self-employment registered as unemployed and job-seekers (entitled in accordance with the legislation) in local bodies of the State Employment Agency (hereinafter - local bodies) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan Involved persons should be provided with materials, equipment and other property in kind for the organization of the chosen direction of self-employment on the basis of business plans developed by them with the help of local organizations, without being involved in trainings organized for this purpose in 2020.
2. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
2.1. after the end of the special quarantine regime or the launch of online training programs, to ensure the involvement of the persons specified in Part 1 of this Decision in trainings on relevant programs;
2.2. accelerate the development of online training programs for the organization of self-employment; 2.3. to resolve other issues arising from this Decision.
