Gadin.Net reports that 4 days are non-working days in Azerbaijan on the occasion of the holiday. According to the order of Prime Minister Ali Asadov "On determining the days of Novruz, Ramadan and Eid al-Adha for 2020" dated December 2, 2019, July 31 and August 1, 2020 are Eid al-Adha.
Due to the fact that August 1 falls on a Saturday, according to the Labor Code, August 3 will be relocated on Monday, and Monday will be a non-working day.
This holiday, which coincides with the period of the pandemic, will be different from others.
Speaking at a briefing at the Operations Headquarters, Shahmar Movsumov, head of the Presidential Administration's Economic Affairs and Innovative Development Policy Department, said that a special action plan was being prepared for the holiday.
