The British Foreign Office has commissioned an oil-painted portrait of Queen Elizabeth for her contribution to diplomacy.
According to the DHA, the portrait was presented to the queen online.
While evaluating her new portrait, the Queen jokingly asked why the cup was empty. His attention has become a topic of discussion.
