Students (entrants) who will take part in the final (entrance) exams to be held on July 29 or 30 can print the "Exam Admission Form" and the "Declaration on the health of the exam participant".
According to the State Examination Center, participants must bring an identity document and an "Admission Form" to the exam and bring a "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" with them.
The "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" is published on the website of the SEP together with the "Exam Admission Form" and signed by the applicant.
In addition, both documents must be printed on a separate sheet, as the admission sheet is kept by the student (applicant) and the health declaration is handed over to the examiner.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance times were set for the exam participants in the exam building, and that time was indicated in the exam participant's certificate. Therefore, it is necessary to come to the exam building at the time indicated in the admission form.
Those who take the exam on July 29 or 30 (Schedule) can print the "Exam Admission Form" and the "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" through the relevant links posted on the website of the SEP:
- Final (entrance) exams for 9th and 11th grades;
- 1st stage of the entrance exam to higher education institutions for graduates of previous years on specialty groups I-IV, as well as the entrance exam to secondary special education institutions on the basis of specialty group V and full (11 years) secondary education;
- Azerbaijani language (state language) exams for 11th grade (current and previous years) graduates studying in a language other than Azerbaijani and 9th grade current year graduates, as well as 9th grade (current and previous years) graduates applying to college ;
- Entrance exams for current and previous years graduates who want to be admitted to colleges on the basis of general (9-year) secondary education;
- Entrance exam to the Military Lyceum named after J. Nakhchivanski.
It should be noted that on the dates of the exam, a database of examiners in the regions where the strict quarantine regime is applied will be provided to the relevant authorities, participants and, if necessary, one person accompanying the participant will be allowed to go to the exam building and return after the exam.
The exam participant can print a certificate for 1 person to accompany him / her together with the “Exam Admission Form”. The certificate must be filled in by the exam participant and confirmed by his / her signature.
The certificate is submitted together with the ID card during the inspection and is valid in the presence of the exam participant (except for waiting near the exam building) and his / her relevant documents (ID card, admission card). A QR code is used during the inspection if necessary.
It was noted that one exam participant cannot be accompanied by more than one person.
