The State Examination Center (SEC) has announced the schedule of final (entrance) exams to be held on July 29-30, 2020.
According to the Ministry of Education, it is possible to get acquainted with the districts and cities where the exam will be held on July 29-30, the people who must take part in the exam and the types of exams in the schedule.
It should be noted that the Operative Staff under the Cabinet of Ministers responded positively to the appeal of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center to hold exams in cities and regions where the strict quarantine regime is applied, and the exams will be organized in accordance with pandemic conditions and special quarantine regime.
Grade 9 students who do not apply to colleges (or military high schools) will not participate in these exams in order to reduce the number of participants. The final exam for these students will be held in September.
It should be noted that although students who do not apply to colleges and higher education institutions on the basis of 11-year secondary education have an "Exam Admission Form", in accordance with public health measures, they may not take the final exams in July. These students can take the final exam in September.
On July 29-30, 2020:
• Final (entrance) exams for 9th and 11th grades;
• 1st stage of entrance exams for graduates of previous years in specialty groups I-IV, entrance exams to colleges on the basis of specialty group V and full (11 years) secondary education;
• Azerbaijani language (state language) exams for 11th grade (current and previous years) graduates studying in a language other than Azerbaijani and 9th grade current year graduates, as well as 9th grade (current and previous years) graduates applying to college ;
• Entrance exams will be held for graduates of current and previous years who want to be admitted to colleges on the basis of general (9-year) secondary education.
