In the Spanish province of Cáceres, it is forbidden to click in public places.
According to Qadin.Net, this was reported by The Local.
The government blamed the move on the threat of a coronavirus infection. It is said that the Spaniards tend to crack the seeds and shed their shells on the ground, and it is not uncommon to come across a "spit remnant in the form of a ball" in the middle of the street.
The ban also includes other light snacks and sweets. According to officials, children often share them with each other, which increases the likelihood of infection.
It is also forbidden to drink alcohol in the middle of the street, not in a restaurant or bar.
