On other days, citizens can use the services by applying to the centers in accordance with the relevant rules. Thus, from April 27, the reception of citizens in the "ASAN service" and "ASAN Communal" centers is carried out by pre-queuing online through the mobile application "ASAN service", the website www.asan.gov.az and 108 Call Center.
