Apartments in new apartment buildings permitted for use in Baku are provided with a document confirming the right of ownership. As a continuation of this process, on July 24, as part of the "Register your property and own property" campaign, preliminary documents were received to prepare an electronic statement on 32 apartments from residents at 124 Lev Tolstoy Street, Yasamal district, Baku.
The next reception of documents will be held on July 25, from 11:00 to 17:00 at 990 Azadlig Avenue, Nasimi district, Baku, Qadin.Net reports quoting publika.az.
Mobile registration of apartments in the relevant structure of the Ministry of Economy is carried out within the implementation of the tasks set by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 19, 2019 "On simplification of permits for the operation of some apartment buildings."
It should be noted that since the signing of the Decree, 22,322 apartments in 279 residential buildings built by various housing cooperatives have been issued electronic certificates.
At the same time, due to the fact that the companies constructing 44 residential buildings in Baku did not choose the right legal form, there was a break in the documentation of apartments in those residential buildings. Based on the requirements of the relevant Presidential Decree on the simplified commissioning of buildings and taking into account the interests of citizens, it was decided to register the ownership of apartments in buildings built by limited liability companies on the basis of existing documents, as in MTCs. Thus, conditions are created for the issuance of ownership documents for 16,595 apartments.
The process will continue in Khirdalan, Yevlakh and Ganja after the apartments in the new buildings allowed to be used in Baku are provided with an extract. Currently, there are 4 residential buildings in these cities, which are allowed to operate, but the apartments are not provided with a document confirming the right of ownership.
It is planned to complete the provision of apartments in these buildings by the end of this year. In order to make the process more flexible and convenient for citizens, mobile reception of documents will be held regularly at pre-announced addresses according to the established schedule
