The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has warned taxpayers.
According to the State Tax Service, in connection with the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Social Insurance", individuals engaged in entrepreneurship without establishing a legal entity in the "Declaration of withholding tax, compulsory state social insurance, unemployment insurance and compulsory health insurance" adjustments were made.
Reports can be submitted from July 21.
Taxpayers must submit relevant reports to the tax authorities by August 11 of this year.
