Following the increase in new cases of coronavirus infection in Luxembourg, coronavirus has been detected in all wastewater in the country.
According to Gadin.Net, a written statement from the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology states that COVID-19 was found in all wastewater samples taken from different regions:
"We believe that this applies to the whole country. Analyzes show that COVID-19 is present in almost all sewage in the country.
In Luxembourg, which has a population of about 627,000, some restrictions have been imposed again after the number of infections increased.
Of the 5,725 people infected with the coronavirus in Luxembourg, 111 have died.
