The statement came from Health Ministry Chief of Staff Nadir Zeynalov at a press conference held by the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, Gadin.Net reported.
According to him, there are no delays in this process at present:
"In the past, there were delays in this process. At present, this problem has been eliminated and medicines are delivered to those in need on time.
