Britain's Princess Beatrice has secretly married Italian aristocrat Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi.

Contrary to tradition, the wedding ceremony was not announced in advance.
Only Queen Elizabeth II, her husband Prince Philip and her closest relatives were present at the ceremony at Windsor Castle.
