In accordance with the current sanitary-epidemiological situation in Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Masalli, Mingachevir, Sumgayit, Yevlakh and Absheron, Barda, Goranboy, Goygol, Khachmaz, Siyazan and Sheki regions, quarantine mode will continue.
According to the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, all public transport will be suspended on weekends in the cities and regions where the special quarantine regime has been tightened:
July 25 from 00:00 to 27 July from 06:00;
August 1 from 00:00 to August 3 from 06:00;
From July 20, 2020, hairdressing salons, beauty salons and cosmetic services will be allowed in cities and regions where the special quarantine regime is tightened, except for massage and bath services. At the same time, the duration of the SMS permit to leave the place of residence and location of individuals is increased from 2 to 3 hours.
