He said that Armenia's actions were a serious violation of international law and the Bandung Principles, which form the basis of the Non-Aligned Movement. The international community called Armenia's criminal actions a serious violation of Armenia's provocative actions and a solution to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict on the basis of UN Security Council resolutions. He thanked all Non-Aligned Movement member states, including the Non-Aligned Movement, for their support of the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the highest level, as well as Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. He praised the demonstration of solidarity in its efforts to restore the country's integrity.
