The citizen claims that the images were taken on a street near the buildings known as the "Three Crowns" in the Yasamal district: "They have repeatedly tried to dry the lake you see. Most likely, they are preparing for construction work in the area. Several attempts have been made, but to no avail. This time, they dump the soil into the lake with the trucks you see. But this area is not injured for the construction of any building. It can be dangerous in the future. ”
