According to the report, four checkpoints and 16 observation posts will be set up in the region, where Russian and Turkish servicemen will be deployed from December 12. At the same time, it was stressed that there will be no Armenian servicemen in the region, and Turkish and Russian servicemen will ensure the security of the places where Armenian residents live. "Russian peacekeepers will be led by General Rustam Muradov of Russian origin, whom Azerbaijanis know very well," he said.
