The medical mask should be worn according to the instructions, regardless of color.
According to Sputnik, this was stated by Eric Brovko, a member of the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Health, the founder of the online platform zdorovie.ru.
"We put the sterile side on the face, and the face side should look out. This is quite understandable, given the general appearance of the mask, "said the expert.
Brovko called for constant personal protective equipment to be changed and discarded after use.
He stressed that non-disposable masks should be washed regularly before reuse.
The expert also recommended keeping the mask in a separate pocket or a special small package for this purpose.
