On the first day of the new school year, crowds are expected in the streets and avenues, in front of educational institutions.
Taking this into account, the Baku Transport Agency (BTA) recommends road users to be understanding, to strictly follow the rules of the road, especially the rules of stopping, stopping and parking:
"We ask parents who take their children to school by private transport not to park their cars in a forbidden area around educational institutions and obstruct other road users. Such actions not only create administrative liability, but also create artificial congestion on the roads. As a result, other road users users, including teachers, arrive late for work.
