The statement came from the People's Artist himself, Gadin.Net reports. He said that a few days ago he was registered in the Yasamal district office of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription:
"I am seventy years old. Nevertheless, I owe it to myself to fight for my homeland. So I went and registered voluntarily. After the recent events, I saw a strong unity among the people. This makes me happy."
The People's Artist also spoke about the 70th anniversary of the end of the coronavirus pandemic:
"After the end of the pandemic, my anniversary will be celebrated in October. I have not addressed this issue anywhere so far. Thanks to our state, I have been awarded the highest awards so far. They always paid attention. "
Arif Guliyev also said that he received a film offer from Uzbekistan:
"We are waiting for the pandemic to end. Filming in Uzbekistan was delayed due to coronavirus. We will shoot in that film together with Tariyel Gasimov. We are still waiting. "
