Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili has sent a congratulatory message to Muslims living in the country on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
According to Gadin.Net, Zurabishvili noted that this holiday is a holiday of peace, hope and care for others.
He said it was important to support others in the current difficult situation caused by the pandemic.
"Therefore, the spiritual atmosphere of Eid al-Adha should be a necessary part of our daily lives. Although we can not celebrate this great holiday this year, I congratulate our Muslim citizens on Eid al-Adha. I wish them peace, unity and, most importantly, good health. ", - said the President
