- as much flour as it takes
To draw in between:

egg yolk
Preparation:
Mix flour, yeast, warm milk, powdered sugar and salt in a bowl to prepare the powder. Put in a warm place for 15 minutes to ferment. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar with a mixer. Pour butter and vanilla on top and mix well. Pour the fermented powder on it and mix. Gradually pour in the flour and knead into a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. For the filling, grate the frozen butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla and as much flour as you can. Place the filling in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5 parts. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and grease with melted butter. Remove the filling from the refrigerator and divide into 5 parts. Spread the first part of the filling on the dough you spread and fold the edges to the middle. Turn the linen on a floured machine and roll it lightly with a rolling pin. Spread the edges in a round or square shape. Put egg yolk on it, shape it with a fork and pierce it in several places. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Spread the remaining logs in the same way, fill them with stuffing and cook.
Bon Appetit!
