Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2.5 cups of milk
- 200 grams of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- vanilla
- 1 teaspoon carrots
- 7 cups of flour
How to prepare:
First, add 1 cup of warm milk, yeast, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and place in a warm place to ferment. Heat the remaining milk and pour into a bowl. Add melted and cooled butter, eggs, powdered sugar and carrots and mix.
Add the flour little by little and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and keep in a warm place for 1 hour. Then knead the dough again and wait for another hour for it to knead well. When the time is up, roll out the dough. Spread the logs on the chest by hand and draw patterns on them with a fork.
