Cinnamon apple roulette (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs

- 130 qr flour

- 130 grams of powdered sugar + 2 tablespoons for stuffing

- 600 grams of apples

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- powdered sugar

Preparation:

Wash the apple, peel it and pass it through the small eye of the grater. Strain the juice from the apples (we will not need the juice). Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, mix well. If the apple is too sweet, you do not need to add powdered sugar. Beat the eggs well for 4-5 minutes. Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and continue beating for a few minutes.

Sift the flour and pour it into the egg-sugar mass and mix slowly with a spoon. Cool the special paper in the pan, place the filling and carefully smooth. Carefully pour the dough over it. Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake the roulette in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes. When the dough starts to brown, remove it from the oven. Place the roulette on a clean table from the pan (you need to turn the pan into a table), carefully remove the paper and immediately fold it into a roll. After cooling, cut the ends of the roll to make it look neat and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
