Ingredients:
- half a liter of milk
- 3 cups flour
- 4 x.q. sugar
- half a teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of butter
- 10 grams of dry yeast
- 1 cup thick jam
- 1 packet of vanilla powdered sugar
- 1 egg (for drawing on buns)
Preparation:
Yeast in warm milk and 1 tsp. Melt powdered sugar, wait 10 minutes.
Add the remaining powdered sugar, vanilla powdered sugar, melted butter, salt to the milk and mix well.
Then add the sifted flour, add the dough and keep in a warm place for 1 hour.
Fold the dough a little, cut into slices, roll out in a circle, put jam in the middle, roll out.
Place the loaves in a greased form with the seams down (there should be a distance between them), put a kitchen towel on it and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Put beaten eggs on the loaves.
Preheat the oven to 180 C, bake the loaves for 35-40 minutes.
