yeast - 1 tbsp
flour - 4 st
powdered sugar - half a cup
milk - 1 cup
butter - 50 grams
salt - half a teaspoon
eggs - 2 pieces
Preparation
First of all, warm the milk a little, add yeast and set aside. Then sift the flour, add powdered sugar and salt and mix. Add 1 egg and 2 egg whites (keep the yolk on top) to the flour.
Then we add melted butter to warm milk. Then we add a mixture of yeast, oil and milk to the flour and start kneading the dough. If the dough sticks, you can add some flour. Soft dough should be obtained.
When the dough is ready, cover it and leave to rest for 2 hours. Then make different shapes or balls out of the dough. Put egg yolk on it and put it in the oven preheated to 200-220 degrees.
