Fresh Fig Reverse Cake (photo-recipe)

İngredients:
8-9 fresh figs
3 eggs
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 glass of water Milk
1 water glass measure of oil
half a glass of chopped walnuts
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2.5 cups flour

Directions:
Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture is fluffy.
Continue whisking by adding milk and oil to the eggs you beat.
Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and vanillin and mix until there is no lump. Finally add the walnuts and mix with a spatula.

Spread greasy record on the clamp mold, cut the figs lengthwise into 3 pieces and place them on wax paper. Carefully pour the cake batter into the mold.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.
After your baked cake is warm, open the clamped mold and turn it over on a serving plate. Carefully take the greaseproof paper and serve.
