İngredients:
4 square puff pastry
4-6 fresh black figs
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
For Almond Cream:
1 cup of almond powder (ground almond)
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar (heaped)
2 egg whites
For the edges of the puff pastry:
egg yolk
Directions:
Take the puff pastries out of the freezer and take them on wax paper. Draw 1 cm to the edges of the puff pastry as in the photo and pierce the square with a fork.
While the puff pastry softens, whisk all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl until they are completely mixed.
Share the cream in the middle of the puff pastry and spread it with a spoon.
Arrange the sliced figs on the cream, sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Spread egg yolk on the edges of the puff pastry and bake for 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 175 degrees.
When the cooked puff pastry reaches room temperature, remove it from the tray and serve.
