İngredients:
2 medium eggs
140 g brown sugar
125 g butter (at room temperature)
1.5 bananas (180 g)
1.5 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
225 gr whole wheat flour
1 packet of baking powder
Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon in a plate and crush the banana with a fork.
Put the butter and sugar in the bowl of the mixer and beat for 2-3 minutes until it rises and turns light brown.
With the help of a fork, add the eggs you have whisked slightly and continue to mix at a low speed.
Add the banana and continue to mix.
Add the whole wheat flour and baking powder to the bowl and mix for 1 more minute.
Grease and flour a 12 × 25 cm loaf mold. Pour the cake mixture into it and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. (Every 5 minutes after 30 minutes, check whether it comes out dry by sticking a toothpick or knife. If it is dry, your cake is baked)
Let your baked cake rest on a wire for 10 minutes and remove the mold by turning it upside down.
