İngredients:
3 eggs
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 water glass measure of oil
3 cups cake flour (cake flours have baking powder)
1 glass of yogurt
3-4 drops of rum flavor
1 glass of chocolate chips
Directions:
Put the sugar and eggs in the whisk bowl, when the mixture is white (until the sugar is completely dissolved), whisk it with a mixer at low speed and then at high speed.
Continue whisking by adding yogurt and oil to the eggs you beat.
Add the rum flavor and mix until you get a smooth dough.
Grease and flour your cake mold as in the photo, then pour the dough into the mold. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate drops on it.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, check if it is cooked in the middle.
Take your baked cakes out of the mold when they reach room temperature.
