Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 400 grams of flour (approximately)
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 125 grams of warm water
- 4 tablespoons. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- half a teaspoon of salt
On bagels:
- 150 qr water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- sesame seeds
Preparation:
Melt the yeast and sugar in warm water. Keep in a warm place for 10-15 minutes (yeast should rise).
Pour the yeast into a deep bowl, add salt and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix well. Add flour, knead the dough.
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, knead again. Roll the dough into a ball, keep in a bowl for 1 hour (cover with foil).
Knead the dough a little, divide it into 4-5 parts, roll each part in the form of a jute, a little nose, glue the edges well.
Pour 150 ml of water, dissolve 1 tablespoon of honey in it. Pour the sesame seeds on a flat plate.
Immerse the pretzels first in water and then in sesame seeds.
Cool the paper in a pan, arrange the pretzels and keep in a warm place for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 C, bake the pretzels for about 20 minutes. cook (until golden brown).
