Ingredients:
For the dough:
3 cups flour
1 glass of water
1 eggsalt
For the interior:
250 grams of fatty mutton
200 grams of beef
3 onions
A glass of water
Red and black peppersalt
Preparation:
Add warm water, eggs, salt to the flour, knead the dough and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.For the inside, the meat is passed through the machine with the onion, cooked by adding water, salt and pepper. The dough is divided into small pieces and rounded.It is spread every day and minced meat is put inside.You can spread it on a big log, cut it as shown in the picture and fill it.The edges of the dough are folded as shown.
The finished khingals are cooked in a closed pot in pre-boiled salted water for 11-15 minutes.
