Meat pies in the oven (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 1/2 l milk
- 2 tsp. dry yeast
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 x.q powdered sugar
- 3-4 cups of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 1/2 kg of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 x.q. tomato
- salt, pepper, carrots
1 egg to draw on.

Preparation:
Add yeast, powdered sugar, salt to warm milk, mix and keep in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Add vegetable oil, sifted flour (in portions), knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.


Keep the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.


Add minced fried onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper, currants, mix well.
Cut slices of dough into balls and place on the table.
Roll out the dough, put the filling in the middle and make a pie.
Grease the pan, arrange the pies and put a beaten egg on it.


Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake the pies for about 35-40 minutes.
