1 pack of Pakmaya Yeast Pastry Mix
500 g of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of salt
1.5 tea glasses of warm milk
1.5 tea glass of oil
1-2 tea glasses of warm water
Upper Material:

1 egg yolk

Directions:
Take the sifted flour into a deep, wide bowl. Pour salt and the whole package of Pakmaya Yeast Pastry Mix on it and blend it.
Add warm milk, oil and lukewarm water. Knead for about 5-6 minutes until you get a smooth dough.
Cover the dough. Leave it to rest for 30-45 minutes in a warm environment, until the volume of the dough increases approximately 1.5-2 times.
When the dough is leavened, take it on the counter and divide it into 2 parts. Spread one of the pieces on a medium sized loan that you oiled and press the middle of it and thin it.
Lay the tongue cheese in the center of the pita as in the video.
Spread egg yolk on the sides of the pita and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.Bake in the preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Break the egg in the center of the pita and put it back in the oven.
When the egg is cooked to the desired consistency, take it from the oven and serve.
