Mimosa salad (photo-recipe)

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- 4 pieces,
- root
- 2 pieces,
- eggs
- 4 pieces,
- in canned sardines or salmon oil,
- mayonnaise.
Preparation:Eggs, potatoes, carrots are cooked, grated and collected on separate plates (egg whites and yolks on separate plates).The oil of canned fish is filtered and the fish is finely chopped.Then put 1 layer of potatoes in a wide flat cloud, 1 layer of fish on top, 1 layer of potatoes again.
Add a small amount of filtered fish oil on top. Then put 1 layer of carrots, mayonnaise, 1 layer of egg white, mayonnaise, egg yolk.
