Ingredients:
- 300 grams of chicken fillet
- 5 eggs
- 150 grams of black plums (without seeds)
- 100 grams of walnuts
- 100 qr Dutch cheese

Preparation:
Cook the fillets, cool and chop finely. Finely chop the black plum and walnuts. Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately. Grate the cheese. Put the fillet on a flat plate, add salt and a little mayonnaise. Put egg yolks on the fillet, add mayonnaise.
Put black plums on top of the yolks, add a little mayonnaise. Put cheese on black plums, add mayonnaise, then put walnuts, add mayonnaise. Put egg whites on the walnuts, decorate the salad with finely chopped carrots.
