Ingredients:
- 500 grams of flour
- 250 grams of milk
- 12 grams of dry yeast
- 2 eggs (1 for dough, 1 for baking)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10 sausages
Preparation:
Add eggs to warm milk, mix with a fork. Add yeast, powdered sugar, salt, butter, mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add sifted flour in portions. The dough should be soft and elastic.Keep the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. Boil the sausages for 1-2 minutes.Divide the dough into 10 parts and fold the sausages into the dough. (Options are shown here.)Cool the parchment paper in a frying pan, add a little butter, arrange the sausages and put the beaten egg yolk on it.Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
