Vinegred salad (photo-recipe)

 Ingredients:
3 medium-sized potatoes
4 medium-sized carrots
1 large beet
200 qr. beans
350 qr. sauerkraut
1 bunch coriander
1 bunch dill
Olive oil (to taste)
Salt, istiot

Preparation:
We wash potatoes, carrots and beets and boil them in a pot.
After washing and cleaning the beans, boil them in a separate pot. You need to add a pinch of salt to the water. Boil the beans until soft.

We chop the cabbage. Finely chop coriander and dill. After boiling the carrots, potatoes and beets, remove them from the water, peel and chop.

Note: Because beans are large, it is not necessary to chop potatoes, carrots and beets very finely. We add beans. We add olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
