İngredients:
10-12 leaves of chicory
1 cabbage leaf
1 small carrot
1 sweet red pepper
1 small cucumber
1 clove of garlic
1 glass of yoghurt
Salt
Directions:
Wash the chicory from the leaves and leave to drain.
Grate the carrot and red sweet pepper. Wash the cabbage leaves, garlic and cucumber and chop them finely.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, salt and other ingredients you have prepared.
Divide the yoghurt salad you prepared in the strained chicory with the help of a dessert spoon and put it on a serving plate.
Serve by drizzling olive oil on demand.
