İngredients:
4 tablespoons of boiled buckwheat
fresh mint
parsley
dill
optional cucumber or purple cabbage
cheese or feta cheese
1-2 cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons of olive oil
lemon juice
3 whole walnuts if you are not going to use olive oil


Directions:
Place the buckwheat you have boiled at the bottom of the jar with the help of a spoon.
Those who will use sauce can whisk the olive oil and lemon juice and add it to the buckwheat.
Place the cheese you want to use on top.
Put the greens and dried fruits that you washed and dried on top and close the lid.
In this way, it can stay in the refrigerator for 2-3 days without spoiling.
When you use it, turn the jar upside down on a serving plate, add salt and spices if desired.
