İngredients:
1 small cauliflower
1 cup garnish
2 glasses of yoghurt
4 cloves of garlic
10-12 pitted olives
olive oil
the juice of half a lemon
Directions:
Cut the stem of the cauliflower, cut it into pieces from its roots and boil it in the pot with plenty of water.
If the cauliflower you have boiled is so thick that a fork is so thick, it is cooked.
Drain the cooked cauliflowers and set aside to cool. Drain the garnishes and add to the cauliflowers.
Crush the garlic by adding water and a little salt, add the crushed garlic to the yogurt and mix well.
Pour olive oil and lemon juice on the salad you have prepared, and serve with yogurt with garlic.
