İngredients:
1 glass of wheat
200 g of tulum cheese
2 roasted capia peppers
half a glass of chopped walnuts
half a bunch of basil
olive oil
salt if necessary according to the salt of the cheese
Directions:
Put the wheat in water the night before. In the morning, strain the water and add 3-4 fingers of water and boil it until it is soft.
While the wheat is boiled, chop the walnuts coarsely with the help of a knife. Cut the Tulum cheese into tiny cubes.
Chop the capia peppers and basil and put in a deep mixing bowl.
Strain the boiled wheat and wait for a while to warm.
Take the wheat into the mixing bowl. Add olive oil, mix and serve.
