Beetroot Salad with Parsley

İngredients:
1 large or two medium red beets
1 bunch of parsley
3-4 walnuts
1 large clove of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of grained mustard
2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey
salt


Directions:
Wash the red beets and boil them in water for 3-4 fingers until they are soft.
Drain and peel the boiled beets.
Slice it thinly and put in a salad bowl.
Add the thin parsley to the salad bowl.
Mix olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard and apple cider vinegar in salt.
Add the salad dressing to the salad and mix, add the walnuts and serve.
