İngredients:
1 cup boiled green lentils
2 carrots
1 canned sweet red pepper
8-10 stalks of scallion
Half a bunch of parsley
Half a bunch of mint
The juice of half a lemon
Vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Directions:
Put the lentils you boiled and strained into the mixing bowl.
Peel and grate the carrots, cut the red pepper into small pieces. Wash and finely chop the mint, scallions and parsley.
Add some salt, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil and mix in a small bowl
Add the chopped salad ingredients on the lentils and mix well. Pour the sauce you have prepared just before serving.
