Ingredients:
4 tomatoes (grated)
1 cup small vermicelli
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 sprig parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons money pepper
2 liters of water or chicken broth
1/2 lemon juice
Preparation:
Add butter and oil to the pot where you will cook the soup and put it on the stove. Once the oil is heated, add the grated tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes until lightly browned. Then add finely chopped vermicelli, salt, pepper and chicken broth and mix. Close the lid and cook on medium heat until boiling. Reduce the bottom of the boiling soup and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat after adding the parsley and lemon juice to the soup cooked on a low heat. Serve the soup hot.
