Ingredients:
- 1, 5 l of broth
- 1 cup red beans
- 1 onion
- 1 root
- 1 tablespoon tomatoes
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- Half a bunch of parsley
- salt, pepper, carrots
Preparation
Soak the beans in the evening, strain the water in the morning, wash the beans well and cook in a closed pot until soft.Fry onion, carrot, finely chopped parsley in oil. Add tomatoes, fry for 1-2 minutes.Cut the potatoes into cubes.Add potatoes to the broth and cook until soft.
Add fried vegetables, beans, salt, pepper, carrots, cook until done.
