Ingredients:
1st.red lentils
1 tablespoon cereal
1 tablespoon rice
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon tomatoes water or broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon wire noodles
mint
lemon juice
Preparation:
First, boil the lentils, cereals and rice in a saucepan and strain the water.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a separate pan.
Add tomatoes on top. Add lentils, cereals and rice and pour boiling water over them.
Add water again as you absorb the water. Cook over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes without covering.
If there is foam on the surface of the soup during this time, add foam. Stir frequently so that the bottom does not burn.
Add salt, mint, allspice and wire noodles and mix gently as you remove from the heat.
Pour the soup into bowls and squeeze the lemon on top.
