Fleshy pea soup (photo-recipe)

 Ingredients:
- 500 g of boneless beef
- 1 cup peas
- 2 potatoes
- 1 root
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper, carrots

Preparation:
Soak peas in water for 2 hours.
Wash the meat, chop, pour 2 liters of water on it and cook until ready. Take out the meat and put it in a bowl.
Strain the broth well, wash the peas, add to the broth. When the peas are soft, add the diced potatoes.


Peel a squash, grate it and fry it in oil.
When the potatoes are soft, add the meat and onion root and cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and jasmine to taste.
