Ingredients:
- half a liter of yogurt (should not be sour)
- 1 egg
- 2 x.q. sugar
- half a teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2.5 cups of flour (2 cups + half a cup)
- 1 packet of vanilla powder
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation:
Beat eggs with a fork, add yogurt at room temperature and mix. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, baking soda (no need to turn off), mix. Add flour, mix well and leave for 20 minutes. Heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil, heat well.
You fry it on the fire.
